There are a few options here - Rocksteady's Arkham Knight ended with Bruce Wayne faking his own death, for instance. It's worth pointing out that, while Batman may be messaged as dead at the start of the game, that's not necessarily going to remain the case. Red Hood, Robin, Batgirl and Nightwing then become the Gotham Knights. A message sent to his proteges upon his death tells them that the Batcave has been destroyed, but the Belfry will act as their new base of operations. The main thing I miss from the batman games is the great movement and how much better the combat was and still is, not being able to play as Batman does not bother me one bit, its the bigger issues that bring this game down.Play The game's trailer opens by suggesting a disaster has hit Gotham, with Bruce Wayne apparently found dead in the rubble. Not terrible, but also not something I would suggest people buy, unless its on a steep sale. I didn't need to control Batman or have the story about him the whole time or anything like that, but its the terrible performance, the bad movement, the boring activities around the game world and how many times it feels like it was originally a live service game but changed late in development.
You can tell alot of effort went into aspects of this game, from the voice work, to the wonderful animations, to the graphics, to the story stuff, but there is also so many annoying and just plain bad elements to the game to. It is now up to the Batman Family Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood. The Dark Knight is dead, and Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood and Robin all vie to continue his. Gotham Knights is an open-world, action RPG set in the most dynamic and interactive. RPG elements that just don't work (I love rpgs but this doesn't work here) Gotham Knights follows four of the caped crusaders allies as they deal with a post-Batman Gotham City.
I am just not having much fun playing it to be honest Loot and crafting system are pretty trash Not much to the game world, its very dull and lackluster open world elements Gets to grindy later on, it feels like a live service game that isn't one. The game throws annoying things at you in between fighting, going long distances till next fight, having to do all this other crappy things, when you just want to fight Performance is all over the place, especially on the vehicles It is not fun moving around this game world The movement is atrocious, getting stuck on things, not very precise. Graphics look nice when over looking the city, nice colors The writing and story stuff is good (especially the opening one was so well done)
